My rooms was clean with enough space. The bed was comfortable. air conditioning worked. A wristband grants access to your room. It's convenient. I appreciate the organised system. The location was a plus. Everything was within walking distance.

The location near the beach was a great benefit, only about five minutes away. the staff were friendly, always willing to help. the entertainment was fantastic. Arian and joey made the holiday full of laughter for my family. michael, the waiter, provided a great service at the bar.

the walls felt really thin . i could easily hear conversations from adjacent rooms. this made it difficult to relax completely.

the pool area had safe conditions for children and adults. there was an entertainment team who organized activities in the morning, afternoon, and evening. their enthusiasm showed in playing with the children and adults and it was amazing!!!

I found the food subpar. It lacked variety. the quality seemed poor, indicating use of cheap ingredients. tables were often left uncleared, with dirty plates piling up.
